We have developed a second generation
rotary system that accomplishes serious flue tile,
obstruction, and creosote removal with fast accurate
results. The system features c” diameter rods made of
hi-tensile strength spring steel. Our rods have a unique
positive rod interlocking joint that assembles smoothly
and securely, joining together easily on the ground or
at the chimney top. We have designed our system to
accommodate rotating implements, giving the user an
unmatched array of options in dealing with flue
problems. The heart of our system features a case
hardened tool steel adjustable Hammer Head™ offering
either 4 or 6 point tile smashing power, weighing 5
lbs., in 6 point mode. The Hammer Head™ tool quality
steel keeps its corners sharp, flue after flue, and can
be re-sharpened by Sleepy Hollow for years of dependable

We have designed a rotating head for
tough 3rd degree glazed creosote removal, that uses
rotating chains with eight ends not capable of breaking
flue tiles. This design is extremely effective for
thoroughly cleaning corners–square or modular. We now
offer the Rotary Loop in addition to the Multi-Chain. |

To power our system we use a MAKITA
2” 550 RPM Drill with double gear reduction, heavy
duty drill chuck and a 360° rotating D-handle for
multi-position operation. This tool offers
high-power to low weight ratio, optimum for this
application. Our Hammer Head™ system is built to
last. The entire system is warranted against
breakage for a period of three (3) years. |
