Responding to repeated customer requests,
we
now offer you a superior flexible stainless steel
one-ply corrugated flue liner. Manufactured in-house by
Sleepy Hollow Chimney Supply using advanced German
precision machinery, SPIRO-FLEX® offers the following
advantages over the competition:
• Constructed from prime Allegheny-Ludlum
316-L/AL294C alloys of .006” metal thickness.
• Unique five rib construction spaced between
super strong seven ply QUADRA LOCK seams
that are gas and watertight.
• 3” to 16” diameters available—also 52” diameter by any
length desired.
• LIFETIME WARRANTY for use with oil,
Category 1 gas appliances, and coal.
• Uses standard state of the art renowned
SUPER FLEX® liner components, and Cera-
Foil® thermal blanket insulating system.
• 20’, 25’, 30’ coils in 3”, 4”, 52”, and 6”, and
7” x 20’ diameters are UPS shippable. Larger
diameters and longer lengths are shipped via
truck.

FINAL FACT:
Corrugated flue liners are inherently turbulent to
the flow of flue gases within.
All corrugated flue liners on the market today have (ex. 6” I.D./
62” O.D.) with the half inch
difference due to the “mountain peaks”/ribs design (see illustration
below) between the
seams.
The ten groove rib design currently flooding the market offers a
poor, rough, turbulent interior promoting soot deposit and
accumulation. This
turbulent interior with its chunky O.D. equals 20% flow reduction as
well as making installation
difficult going down into the flue.
Our SPIRO-FLeX® offers a five rib “camel hump” design (see
illustration below) (ex. 6”
I.D./68” O.D.) with truly superior draft, strength, and ease of
installation. It glides down the flue. And our pricing is superior
too. |
